Flo Rida – DUI in his $1.3 million Bugatti Veyron

Rapper Flo Rida has made bail after being arrested in Miami Beach on suspicion of drunken driven, says TMZ.com.

It’s not like police wouldn’t have noticed him: He was driving a $1.3-million Bugatti Veyron, one of the hottest sports car on the planet. Police say he was driving erratically.

Rida, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, allegedly swerved in and out of lanes about five times and drove for another two blocks even after the cops signaled for him to pull over, according to the Associated Press dispatch. He told police that he would have trouble walking a straight line and that he had had “a few drinks.” The Breathalyzer test seemed to confirm that: He blew a 0.18, about twice the legal limit. Police said a crowd gathered, urging police to let him go and one bystander offered to give him a lift.

Flo Rida is perhaps best known for his 2008 smash hits “Low” featuring T-Pain, and “In the Ayer” featuring Will.i.am. When the Wall Street Journal  interviewed him last December, he boasted about buying the $1.3 Million Bugatti Veyron.

“I’m a big Mercedes guy. I just got a new car, the Bugatti. You don’t want to use the second gear (in the city) because it’s very powerful,” he was quoted as saying.

The Journal notes that he’ll give out his cellphone number to just about anyone who wants it, but we just tried it and the mailbox is full. It’s 305- 528-2786.
